Exit junction 27 signposted Parbold.

Proceed along A5209 for approximately 8 miles towards Parbold/Parbold Hill to Burscough boundary sign.

Go straight ahead and past the ESSO petrol station on your left. Keep going past Briars Hall on your left.

Turn right at Junction Lane and through two sets of traffic lights. When you arrive at the traffic lights on the main crossroad turn right - signposted A59 Preston.

You will pass a Spar Grocery Store on your left and as you go over the canal bridge Orrell Lane is immediately on your left.

After approximately 250 yards and after the residential area, UBH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is on your left.
